What we collect

How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, deliver the work you've engaged us for, send invoices and project updates, and meet our legal obligations (NZ tax, record-keeping, and the like).
How we keep it
- Stored on reputable providers, encrypted in transit.
- Access limited to the people who need it to do the work.
- Protected by strong passwords and multi-factor auth on admin accounts.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it — or as long as the law requires (seven years for financial records, under NZ tax law). Project files are kept for the life of the engagement plus a short handover window. Anything beyond that we'll ask about or delete.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — typically only what the site needs to function. No third-party advertising or cross-site trackers are loaded by default.
Your rights
Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention). Email hello@nyx.nz and we'll action reasonable requests within 20 working days.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, we'll update this page and note the date below.
